Each coaching package includes a personalized training program, custom nutrition guidance, and weekly check-ins to track your progress. You’ll also have direct communication access for support, form feedback, and accountability — everything tailored to your goals and lifestyle.

How do I know which coaching package (3, 6, or 12 months) is best for me?

If you’re just getting started, the 3-month package is great for building momentum and mastering the fundamentals. The 6-month package offers deeper progress and body recomposition, while the 12-month package is ideal for full transformations and long-term results.

What happens after I book a consultation call?

Once you’ve booked a call, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details. If you decide to move forward, we’ll set up your personalized plan within a few days.
